By accessing or using TixUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

TixUp facilitates the sale and purchase of tickets for events. We are a marketplace platform and do not organize the events themselves.

Event Organizers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and media.
• Fulfilling the event as described to ticket holders.
• Handling refund requests in accordance with their stated policy.
• Complying with all local laws and regulations regarding public gatherings.
• Maintaining valid bank account details for settlement.

TixUp charges a flat 5% platform service fee on each ticket sold. These fees are non-refundable. Payouts to organizers are processed after the event completion, typically within 24 hours.

All financial transactions are handled through secure payment partners (Paystack).

Users may not:

• Create fraudulent events or sell counterfeit tickets.
• Launder money through the ticket purchasing system.
• Harass or abuse other users or platform staff.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or scrape platform data.
